2. Account Management Mandates

• Verification Requirements: You must provide government-issued photo ID and proof of parental relationship during account creation.
• Contact Information: You must provide and maintain current phone number and email address with immediate response capability (within 2 hours).
• Privacy Settings: You are responsible for maintaining the most restrictive privacy settings at all times.
• Password Control: You must control all passwords and access credentials. Sharing passwords with minors is prohibited.

3. Safety Education and Communication
