When I first created this platform I had people. Then, suddenly, it was just me. I asked wiser men for advice, and they all said the same thing: learn web development.

It fits a certain aesthetic

I built websites as a teenager. Now, in my mid-to-late 20s, I had to do it again. But the technology had changed, and the project I was tackling alone felt enormous. I spent months teaching myself and realized I could handle text. So the new challenge became: how good could I make text look?

Using Tailwind CSS to style the platform, I first wanted to see how far I could go with just text. So, I used every text-related tool available, and this became the aesthetic I settled on. At first, I chose colors based on what I thought looked good—but that wasn’t the solution. So, I went to the library, borrowed books on art (Monet, Picasso, etc.), and copied their color schemes. But people still wanted images.

I avoided adding images because I was scared. I was already overstretched, building everything alone. So, I turned to text art—a perfect solution. It could still evoke emotions without the complexity of managing images. The first piece of text I added was on the Authentication page (shown below). I showed it to my friends and a bunch of acquaintances. They liked it, and so it began.

Will there ever be images? The answer is a conditional yes. I want images, but I also want image-based games and more staff. Once I can achieve both of these, I'll finally be able to add images.
